Picture an Older Kitchen
In This town Costarican
Cruz.
An old and antique house at the park's corner.
Even if the Santa
Cruz's citizens are a very humanitarian and special, they are still
forgotten by the tourism, because all of the national and international,
tourists are going to the beach sites, leaving the downtown without development. De " Santa Cruzceños" are sincere and pure,
some neighbors have told us when we visited them. A small progress in
opportunities are present for them. But the faith is something that was
born and it will remain in their hearts for ever. They celebrate and
respect their religious believes as their ongoing living.
Spaniards and Aboriginals, combining very well the two cultures in
harmonically. It lives between them the permanent smiling, provided by
their Christ (Saint Idol or The Black Christ). As a hope when the 14 of
January arrives, the new celebration and just like that, they will
become more positive and overcome all their inconveniences of the new
year, until the next time.
Find love again...seriously.
Picture of An Imagination children canoe! The Santa Cruz's Children have painted for our Costa Rica a beautiful lesson, something meaning like, to live with Peace and Harmony.
But why the Santa
Cruz's name?
Maybe someone had a
Christ statue like in their home or just one more of the Costa Rican's
stories.. A neighbor over there in that city, has told us in a
slowly manner that the story was written by the Spaniards in between 15
and 17 centuries and exactly not one new their names, but it begins like
this... After the Spaniards took out all the Santa Cruz's (Local
Aborigines ) gold belongings, a good man ( Priest ) decided to
place a Big Cruz, in the same place of today's Catholic church. And as
the time went by, the Aborigines came alone and got converted to the
Catholic Christ's faith. Told the neighbor that the Cruz was not that
much big and as we can see finally a town was born. Yes it kept the name
Santa Cruz.
The Image Of The
Statue picture of the Commander and Chief with great rank, Costa Rican,
Location at The central
Park of That Historical City.
They were just men and women
with their children, with not differences and they did not deserved to
be discriminated by the Spaniards, the way they were. Or maybe because
they tried to preserve their territory. The Costa Rica's Aborigines, who
lost the most precious, their lives in the criminals that came from
Spain in colony times. This statue does make us to remember, those
that many Costa Ricans never have seen " An Indian Cacique " or The big
Both Indian. (With Dignity
In The territory of a chief or
cacique Dira ),
el Cacique, a man of character and leadership, a true
Costa Rican, without an ID. He commanded big villas or tribes, and gave
orders, he fought the Spaniards to defend his land and territory, a true
hero.
To men as him, are those people we owe our identity and freedom. Becomes
The Grand Chief Dira the first national with Command and leadership
for the state.
Here we become
speechless, it's known that a Santa Cruz's neighbor found a black
Christ, and that it's resting inside the Catholic church in Santa Cruz,
even when he travels almost the hole year around town, and
the people give some money, putting it into his small box, for helping
to progress of Santa Cruz's poor.
The story says, that a terrible accident one day did happen
in the Santa Cruz's Catholic church and also in the hole nation too! A
lady neighbor told us the story... A day as any other, a Crazy and
disturbed man, who always was fooling around and just his head was not
right, he went into the church and with his father's tools, who was a
mechanic or some, he smashed so hard the The Statue, and all the other statues, those neighbors need to
celebrate the new year, and caused to them the investment to pay a
professional to rebuilt it.
rango Sagrado.
I believe that Santa
Cruz has enough with the thought to know of tomorrow will be a new
better day, that is whish of almost all it's habitants and to ask
to the Santa Cruz's Saint or The Black Christ america, is matter of just ask.
Inside the church pictures,
left and right, show the reality of the Costa Rican believes about their
own faith, so you arrived to this webpage for information about our
things and style of life, gets what, this is it, we have it and we share
it too.
City with great events with Raging Bulls festivals and cowboys, is what we did felt when we saw the park's entrance. Pictures at the park.
The commerce's are spread out all over, it is a fact that it will grow up and that also most of international business community will apply to invest at this great city, we all know already that the presence of many great hotels located at tamarindo beach, playa samara, coyote, panama, coco beach, hermosa beach and the famous international liberia air port, at only 1 hour from here. the development is something seriously and eminently happening right today.

A
small monument usually has been made mostly at the middle of each park in Costa Rica,
this one is " El kiosco ", just to take a small break, with a
special touch from Aborigines for a best attraction .
why we have chosen this famous typical city? the truth is that we can't
talk about past and history of a so magnificent country, if for instance
we have not visited the most aboriginal habituated town ever, these
country has many cities and places that meet those requirements, but
this town is second to none the best of The pacific.

respuesta?
The tower best camera Picture, and finger print of colony in the province guanacaste
I admitted that I
couldn't confirm that is a project already approved to destroy this
monument, originated from the Colonials and with a strong touch of
Catholic faith. Also a neighbor lady told me us that the tower
is not complete, because it did suffer an impact caused from an earthquake
years ago and some from the top came down.
What a beautiful Clock so a special construction is this one,
who thought to make this style... To who did they use during the
construction?, who will have the right answer about it?.
This Monument is located in one of the Park corners.

When I saw the
Religious Art, I did not know that it can be like this, and I asked to a
person inside the church, what is it?. The lady's answer was.. " This is
the Saint Trinity" , But I did not ever imagined that, and how many
peoples miracles in Santa Cruz, it has done so far!!!
What a beautiful Image and the representation of it. The most powerful.

At just a couple
blocks of Santa Cruz's Court this building is located, Someone told
us that it was time far ago a milking place. That the owner had a big
and productive farm. Or better we say the place was for the caws to be
worked, and them
a distribution of the product to neighbors.
Congratulations, because I have found a Chicken place to eat
and a cappuccino coffee in one of your business, I did like it a lot.
Specially a young and beautiful lady, who served me, with a great smile.
She
knew who I was, and she asked me ... are you an alien (person from another
land )? when into her eyes I saw the peace and true sincerity,
characteristic of a Beautiful Costa Rican Girl and sweet. I answered sure, of
course " Mae" " Pura Vida" and then she gave me a better
smile.
